Household Support Fund

The Local Authority received confirmation last week that the Household Support Fund will continue beyond 31^st March 22. This will provide much needed support for families who are struggling with the cost of utility bills, toiletries, food and household essentials.

A payment of up to £100 can be made to support single people and families who are struggling with their utility bills, toiletries, food, household essentials and other housing related costs.

Members of the public can ring in on 01228 221100 and request this support themselves.

Schools can also make referrals on behalf of families.
